Used MAN trucks are categorised across four primary HGV model ranges, with vehicles suited to urban distribution, regional transport, construction, heavy distribution and long-distance haulage. Modern MAN trucks use Euro 6 compliant D series diesel engines, with core engine sizes ranging from 4.6 litres to 15.2 litres and designed to deliver high torque at low revs.

MAN TGL

Used MAN TGL trucks are lightweight rigid vehicles ranging from 7.5 to 12 tonnes, optimised for urban distribution, local delivery and multi-drop transport.

Common types: MAN TGL rigids with 4.6 litre D0834 engines producing 160 hp, 190 hp or 220 hp, plus heavier 6.9 litre D0836 models producing 250 hp, 290 hp or 320 hp.

MAN TGM

Used MAN TGM trucks are medium-weight rigid vehicles and units spanning 12 to 26 tonnes, built for regional transportation, distribution and specialist commercial applications.

Common types: MAN TGM rigids with 6.9 litre D0836 inline-6 engines, commonly producing 250 hp, 290 hp or 320 hp depending on specification.

MAN TGS

Used MAN TGS trucks are heavy-duty vehicles used for construction, municipal work, waste collection, disposal and heavy distribution up to 44 tonnes.

Common types: MAN TGS trucks with 9.0 litre D15 engines producing 330 hp, 360 hp or 400 hp, with some earlier 10.5 litre D20 models producing between 320 hp and 440 hp.

MAN TGX

Used MAN TGX trucks are premium long-haul tractor units designed for national and international fleet logistics, heavy haulage and long-distance transport.

Common used types: MAN TGX tractor units with 12.4 litre D26 engines producing 430 hp, 470 hp or 510 hp, plus heavy-duty 15.2 litre D38 options producing 540 hp, 580 hp or 640 hp.
